Tun Ahmad Zaidi College began as Sebayor College in 1999 and was renamed Kenyalang College in 2001. In 2002, the name was changed to Tun Ahmad Zaidi College in honour of the late Yang di Pertua Negeri Sarawak, who was also the first Chancellor of UNIMAS. This is the 1st college built at the site of the West Campus. The building cost was borne by the Sarawak State Government and it was officially opened by the Chief Minister of Sarawak (UNIMAS pro-Chancellor) in 20 November 2008. The facilities provided are Cafeteria, Muslim Prayer Room, Gunasama Room, Meeting Room, Parking Facility and Store. The college includes a recreational/indoor game room as well as a gymnasium and takraw, netball, and basketball courts.
